Salut,

Pour le SAV, il faut contacter qui/quoi ?
Parce que j'ai acheté un casque Steelseries 3H ici même, mais j'ai un problème avec celui-ci:
Dés que je bouge la souris,que je déplace une fenêtre, fait fonctionner la mollet, etc, j'ai des bruits parasites (chaque action en a un différent)...

C'est normal ? Il y a des solutions ?

Pour le SAV un module via ticket sera prochainement mis Ă  votre disposition.
Un contact par mail ou téléphone est également conseillé.

Je vais essayer de te joindre sur msn pour tenter de trouver l'origine du problème et la solution adéquate. Sinon ça sera par mail.

Je ne te vois plus sur msn donc je poste ici, j'ai un problème avec le gsm gagné lors du concours donc il faudra l'envoyer au sav du magasin, or je dois passer par toi.
